Simplex.lat keeps MemHub’s production vendor footprint intentionally small and identifies processing locations and purposes here.

Not currently used
MemHub does not currently declare a separate analytics, advertising, CRM, transactional-email, external embedding, or customer-support subprocessor. Optional analytics must not be enabled until consent controls and this register are updated. Communications currently use info@simplex.lat.
Infrastructure transparency
The application repository confirms a self-managed Easypanel/PostgreSQL deployment and the Frankfurt region, but does not contain the contracting data-center company’s legal name. Simplex.lat must add that contracted legal name here if the underlying server is supplied by a third party with potential access to customer data.
